Kristina was fabulous from the first step to the last. She saw us through the entire process and was extremely helpful and professional when some tricky negotiation points came up. Her business savvy and thorough, detailed knowledge of the real estate market in the area were what got us through a process that, due to some complexities that arose from the owner's side, might have been a nightmare without her but instead went through to get us exactly what we wanted. I don't think we could have done it without her! I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Kristina bent over backwards to sell our house with very little lead time and desired quick closing date. She's a total pro who understands the local market and exactly what needs to happen to get to the closing table. Every text message and phone call was returned promptly and politely. Outstanding organizational skills and timeline management. There's a reason so many of our friends recommended her. Frankly, I'm the kind of person who whines and moans about paying Realtors, but not only did she earn every penny of her commission, if we move back to Essex she's the only person we're calling.

Deciding to sell my first home after 14 years was a bittersweet experience for me. Working with Kristina Quinones was the best decision I could have made! She made the entire process seamless. She is honest, confident, and knowledgeable and she kept me informed every step of the way and she did it with a smile and a positive attitude. Her easy-going demeanor and positivity combat any part of the process that may feel overwhelming. When we first connected, she outlined a detailed plan of dates and projections and we hit every part of the process on her predicted schedule and without a snag. I know not all real estate transactions go as smoothly as mine did, so I feel truly blessed for having had Kristina by my side. When I first decided to list my home in mid-April, understanding the current state of the market, she worked quickly and efficiently to line up the photographer, produce the proper marketing materials for the "coming soon" and schedule the open house (photos 4/19, coming soon 4/20, open house 4/23, under contract by 4/25 and close by 6/17) and that is exactly how it worked! I needed to stay in my house until my daughter finished school mid-June, so we made sure to include that in the agreement and thankfully that also worked for the buyers. Kristina was in touch with me daily, even if it was just to check in to see how I was feeling or if I needed anything; if there was anything she could do. She also paid very close attention to making as minimal of an impact to me and my daughters schedule, so she made all the arrangements for the open house and inspections at a time that worked best for us. Those attention to details are important as it makes what could be a very stressful process, a peaceful one. I will recommend Kristina to anyone who is looking for a realtor who is honest, genuine, and smart with good gut instincts to be by their side.

Kristina was marvelous from beginning to end of our purchase. We worked with her remotely from our home in the midwest to buy a house in CT. She accommodated us whenever needed, any time of day or day, took us on virtual tours, helped with financing and loan information and contacts, and has turned into a friend not just a real estate agent! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kristina is fantastic! As we looked at homes, she quickly understood what and where we wanted to buy so that we weren’t wasting energy looking at houses that weren’t going to meet our criteria. Because we were doing a lot of our looking from out of state, she did a great job of dealing with various technologies, including virtual tours that helped us identify what turned out to be our dream house. She did a great job of advising us during the initial contract negotiations - and during the inspections and fine tuning. Her knowledge of local contractors and tradespeople meant that we were able to quickly bring in people who could help us resolve issues as they arose. The result was significant savings that we are using to improve our new home. Following the closing, she has continued to provide assistance and advice that have made our transition much, much smoother. Her quick response, professionalism and personal style made the long-distance purchase not only a success, but a pleasure. We have really enjoyed working with her and look forward to having her as a neighbor. Highly recommended.

Kristina went above and beyond helping us get into our dream home. Very easy to get a hold of and always there when you need her. She even helped plan a proposal at the closing of our home.
