Lisa Silberkleit
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
A lifelong resident of Connecticut, Lisa grew up just outside of Fairfield County. She entered her real estate career at the start of 2022 working both as Bryan Morris’ Executive Assistant and Manager of the Bryan Morris Team. Lisa obtained her Real Estate License in May of 2022 and has since worked with numerous clients, helping them navigate the buying process, all while maintaining her other roles.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lisa obtained her BA in Sociology at the University of Connecticut. Shortly thereafter, she worked as a Training Coordinator and Department Head for a local medical supplier in Fairfield. Lisa gained experience and extensive knowledge in this role, working with patients daily to ensure their needs were met, while also identifying training opportunities within her team to maximize competence and efficiency output. Lisa applies this philosophy to her work in real estate as well. She believes that it is important to do things right the first time, and is a strong believer in quality over quantity. Lisa is very friendly and thoroughly enjoys working with people to provide a variety of services. She understands that in real estate, whether a client is buying, selling, or renting, that each transaction comes with unique circumstances and requires a personal vested interest to see things through to completion. Lisa is an advocate for clients of the Bryan Morris Team. She appreciates the opportunity to work with a wide range of people to assist and guide them in achieving their real estate goals. Lisa is also thankful to have the support of both a team, and a top agent in Fairfield County, her team leader and boss, Bryan Morris.
When Lisa isn’t working, she loves to spend quality time with friends, her husband Jimmy, and their dog and two cats. She is also a competitive athlete, and loves to remain active with rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, hiking and traveling.

Testimonials
Lisa was outstanding to work with. She was professional, prepared, transparent and a terrific communicator. She did a tremendous job combining her market knowledge with the interests/desires of her client. Very responsive at all times, thorough responses to all questions and very engaged with all aspects of the home buying process. She made sure I was absolutely certain before making all decisions and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Highly recommended.
Informative, professional, friendly, made a stressful experience pleasant very grateful to have had Lisa as our agent. Lisa was knowledgeable, articulate, kind and understanding; did great with any issues we came across, went above and beyond issue with the lender, and was able to fix problem with radon. Lisa was able to explain better than most and helped get it fixed. Very patient, wouldn’t have anyone else.
