Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lisa obtained her BA in Sociology at the University of Connecticut. Shortly thereafter, she worked as a Training Coordinator and Department Head for a local medical supplier in Fairfield. Lisa gained experience and extensive knowledge in this role, working with patients daily to ensure their needs were met, while also identifying training opportunities within her team to maximize competence and efficiency output.
