I met Liz at an open house when I was looking for a 2 bedroom coop for my family and I. The one we met at was not the right fit but she helped me find the right place. She is very nice and was always available whenever I called her and would even drive me to apartments if needed. It was really great working with her was a great experience.

I had listed my home for 8 months with another agent at another broker. In that time we had no serious offers. We We decided to change brokers and LIz came in and explained what we needed to do to make our home more appealing to buyers. She also explained in great detail why our home was listed at too high a price. We made the few changes that Liz suggested and in just a few weeks the offers started coming in. In fact there was a bidding war and we ended up selling for just a few thousand dollars under our previous "too high" listing price. Liz worked exceptionally hard marketing the home, she has a large social media presence and made sure the home was well marketed.
