Prior to entering the Connecticut real estate market, I was a top-producing agent in the fast-paced, highly competitive Manhattan market specializing in selling co-ops, condos, single-family townhomes, and rental placements. I was also one of only three agents selected to handle the pre-sale of a prestigious 5th Avenue condominium conversion where I gained vast knowledge of the dynamics of on-site sales. I served for two years as an officer of a condominium association working intimately on various enrichment projects while simultaneously serving as board designate for the real estate board of New York, attending monthly forums addressing industry trends. I am currently an active member of the Mid Fairfield County Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and I am a Certified Relocation Specialist.
