Margaret was my Realtor for the sale of my father’s house in White Plains, NY. After my father passed away, she made several recommendations about how to stage the house using the current furniture and she helped arrange for private sales and donations of several items in the house.When Margaret learned that our parents were commercial artists, she developed a “story” that made the house come alive and became part of the draw to potential buyers of the house. She also recommended a price point that would not discourage buyers, but in fact, led to a bidding war. For all of those reasons, I would highly recommend Margaret Kozlark to be your Realtor. Margaret is the very best! My brother and I listed our family home (65 years) and she was so kind and considerate of our feelings during this hard transition. Margaret was (as usual) at her best to assist us with the sale of our house in Norwalk CT. Starting with the initial intake interview till the acceptance of a great offer only took 10 days! This because Margaret had organized videos, photos, listing, showings and open house in record time, with the professional approach we are used from her. Margaret Kozlark is one of the few business people who I have met in my lifetime who speaks from her heart in business (which is not easy for most people to do).My favorite motto, “The truth will set you free” is so evident in dealing with Margaret. Whether she is dealing with an owner or one about to be an owner, she puts the package in front of you like a Christmas present anxiously waiting to be opened! I like her a lot! I’ve been a carpenter/builder all of my life. I bought and sold many properties but never had an experience selling like this.
