She also helped us troubleshoot an unforeseen issue that popped up during inspections, kept the sale on track with the buyer, and guided us through the negotiations so we didn't have to come down at all. She is very knowledgeable regarding the quality of the homes and often pointed out issues and possible solutions first, that inspectors later confirmed.
