Mark Madonna brings a unique combination of positive energy, global connections, and an unrivaled commitment to his clients. His journey to becoming a top agent in Litchfield County, Connecticut was marked by significant exposure to the New York commercial real estate scene and executive positions at prestigious Wall Street firms such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. At these institutions, Mark honed his skills in managing multimillion-dollar transactions, negotiating high-stake deals, and cultivating business relationships across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Mark leverages his corporate acumen to assist a distinguished clientele, from hedge fund partners and investors to celebrities, in finding their dream homes. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and empathetic real estate advice, Mark expertly manages all facets of the real estate transaction process, but it is his innovative thinking and creativity that sets Mark apart in the industry and makes him a repeat choice for his clients. His post-Wall Street background as a marketing consultant for luxury hotel developments enables him to create fresh, bold, and strategic campaigns for listings that consistently outperform competitors

Mark is passionate about art, Italian wines, cooking, and enjoys exploring the diversity of outstanding restaurants from Manhattan to Newport and everything in between. He loves to travel and is also an avid writer and photographer. Mark provides the highest level of real estate service to home buyers and sellers, with a curated focus on mid-century modern and architecturally significant homes, country estates, and antiques with provenance. A Queens native who studied Journalism at NYU, Mark has lived in Manhattan and currently resides in Warren, Connecticut. He is a proud member of OTN -- Sotheby’s exclusive network of expert agents, as well as several Realtors’ associations, including National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Litchfield County Board of Realtors.
