Mark was a pleasure to work with! He has a great personality, "down to earth," and was readily available whenever I sent a property I wanted to look at. He was always timely. While he is not an inspector, he has a good eye for things to look for while walking through a property and was helpful with pointing things out without being pushy or making me feel too swayed about making a decision on a house. As a first time home buyer, he made me feel comfortable with the process of going through houses and was knowledgeable with questions I had throughout the process. I would definitely work with him again!

I found Mark by accident but very fortunate I did and wouldn’t have wanted to work w anyone else . This was my first time buying a home. In an insanely competitive market he was able to find me a home in a little less than a week of working together. I didn’t know what to expect buying for the first time but he was there through the entire process , always available by phone when I needed him or had questions . Even went as far to make himself available to meet w the municipality to tie up loose ends before my closing . His referral for mortgage lender was fantastic as well. When I am in the market again someday I will absolutely be working with him. I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend working with him to anyone who is in the market . I never thought looking for houses and selling my much loved house where I had lived for 34 years would turn out to be such a good time! Mark and I clicked immediately! I have had other interactions with other agents and never enjoyed the experience and stopped looking, I actually missed him and the icing on the cake was after I moved into my new smaller but cozy house, Mark showed up bringing a beautiful violet plant. I can't ever imagine moving again, but if I did, I would follow Mark wherever he was working!
