Mary Katchis

A resident of Scarsdale for 50 years and an active member and Treasurer of the Heathcote Association for 25 years, Mary has been known as a Powerhouse Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, 15 of those years,  as an owner of Julia B. Fee. Thoroughly knowledgeable in all areas of Scarsdale and surrounding communities, her primary expertise is in the Heathcote Association, where she lives, in the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association, and the surrounding areas where she has closed on over 200 million dollars of sales in the past 12 years.

Mary is a graduate of Simmons University in Boston with a Bachelor of Arts and Business Degrees. She is married and a proud mother of three children, graduates of Scarsdale High School who continued to higher education, and are now married and practicing in their professional careers.
