Mary Kaye Catone

Mary Kaye Catone is a lifelong Bedford resident. She has sold prestigious properties and simple cottages during her 27 year career.  Her local knowledge and construction background prepared her for success in real estate, giving her a unique set of tools for showing properties, seeing value and potential, and making deals. She has negotiated multiple record-breaking transactions.

Mary Kaye’s communication with her buyers and sellers provides them confidence to close the deal, whether buying or selling.

During one deal, a buyer was worried about his commute to Shea Stadium from Armonk, so Mary Kaye drove him to Shea on a snowy day. Her diligence, creativity, and dedication to both buyers and sellers have helped her cultivate lifelong clients and close complicated deals. 

Mary Kaye’s earlier career laid the groundwork for her success in real estate. She worked in commercial construction, first in Project Management for Pei, Cobb, Freed and Partners, and later she handled litigation support for major projects from New York to California – including the Disney Headquarters in Burbank, the Santa Clara Correctional Facility, multiple nuclear plants and Bloomingdales in Chicago, with Fogel and Associates. After children, she began her career as a residential agent and has a 27-year track record of success.

She loves photography, which she began while living abroad in Paris and Pietrasanta, Italy. She enjoys gardening, traveling, cooking, good food, and wine. Her current side gig is hanging with her grandchildren, keeping her involved locally in the parks, libraries, Open Land organizations, Bedford Audubon and more.
