Mary was always on time and I got to see multiple properties when we scheduled to view property. I got to buy exactly what I was looking for. She negotiated for me so I got some money to fix some of the things that was not in working condition at the house.

She was there for us, day and night, showing us homes all over the place, eventually showing us our dream home overlooking green pastures and beautiful mountains in Adams, massachusetts. Deciding which house and actually putting an offer in was a stress itself but having marys support and knowledge helped us to get across the finish line! It was about 10pm and we were getting ready for bed after another long day of house hunting when we got the call from mary that our offer was accepted on the house we really wanted!
