Throughout the process of finding my home I always felt supported and comfortable . My questions and any messages really , were responded to promptly , making me feel heard and important . Mel Abbott made me feel as if no question was a silly question , being a first time home buyer I was not sure what exactly to look for and they provided me with an abundance of advice that ultimately made me find a home I am happy to move into. We are very grateful that we got to work with Mel, she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We couldn’t say enough about how much we appreciate Mel Abbott. She is such a kind person and always works in a professional manner. She worked late nights searching for information on a city septic plan for the area we lived in. Without her hard work our season cottage wouldn’t have sold. We have referred her to other people at Duds Village. She is the best realtor we have ever had to work with! We are so happy we had her in our corner!
