Mel took care of us. She was not shy about getting us to clean up the property to make it more saleable. I was OK just selling the property to get it off our hands, but she suggested a more realistic price. She showed a lot of patience dealing with three siblings and spent a lot of time showing and selling the property and in the end we got far more than we ever imagined for it. I can thank her enough.
