We transferred our listing from another broker; so we had had ample opportunity to compare what we got from Michele, to the performance of the previous company. From the beginning, starting with the listing price, the staging, cosmetic treatments, and diligent open houses and showings, and reaching out for co-brakes to the brokers' community, Michele's treatment was above and beyond anything imaginable. She was there 24-7, in a polite and discreet way, but never wavering from the mission of selling our house. Her expertise and devotion, including still showing the house after we had tentatively accepted an offer, led to our selling our house at above what was our final asking price. Michele worked incredibly hard for my wife and me as first time home buyers. She kept the process moving and did not let it get sidetracked or slowed. After the sale, she helped us find painters. plumbers, electricians, gutter cleaners and handy men, even a place to keep a boat as we readied the house to be moved into. 10 years later Michele helped with estate valuation as we renovated the house, and found an apartment for my father when he re-located from Pittsburgh. She was always fast to return calls and find answers. One of the best here in Westchester County

Like most people making a big move, we were very nervous about uprooting our family from the city to the suburbs. Michele Wenzler truly helped make that transition much easier. First she was integral in helping us find a rental in the area so that it gave us a chance to discover whether we really wanted to make Larchmont a permanent home. Once we realized how much we loved the town, she actively helped us look for a home to buy and had the utmost patience given our specific requests for a house. After a thorough search, Michele managed to secure a house for us which was in very high demand and I believe that we would not have been so lucky had it not been for her years of experience along with the great relationships she has within the neighborhood. My family and I love our new home and Michele continues to be my town guru for so many questions which have arisen from lawn care to babysitting. She has also become a good family friend.
