Michelle was great, she was there to help throughout a very long, and tiring buying process. Like many people, we knew what we wanted, until we didn't. And then we changed our minds again. But no matter, she was helpful and able to provide us with homes that met our requirements. We had some specific things that we wanted to sort out with the sellers and Michelle was a good point of contact for handling all of that communication.

We started working with Michelle back in April 2019 and she was always there for us every step of the way in our home search and ultimate purchase last month. Being over two hours away made the process challenging but Michelle always went out of her way to make things easy for us. She always had our best interests at heart and helped us avoid many pitfalls. She was very patient with all our demands and very particular needs. 5 stars across the board! Michelle went beyond our expectations representing us as buyers. My family and I were moving across country and were unable to see listings directly, but Michelle took time to FaceTime us on the showing we ultimately decided to purchase. She also convinced us to not move forward with a house we were excited about at the time which was the right decision. She took a risk with how serious we were since we were not local and we appreciated that. She puts her clients ahead of her bottom line which is rare and refreshing. If you want someone hard working, honest and with intimate knowledge about the Ulster County and Hudson Valley, Michelle’s your partner. We have been in our new home for almost 6 months and are so grateful for her direction. Highly recommended! My only recommendation would be if you were to partner with her, be serious about your desire to buy a home because she definitely put the work in for us!

Michelle is a dream agent- she listens to what you're looking for and is able to make suggestions from there. Incredibly hands-on and thorough, she suggested a property that ended up being exactly what we were looking for, guided us through the process and was a sounding-board for all our big decisions. Michelle is a broker above the rest! She worked with us for nearly 1.5years during COVID until we closed on our perfect upstate home. It was a crazy and intense market with hundreds of listings popping every week, bidding wars, all cash offers, etc. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a property and only sourced and showed us listings that were a true fit.
