We could not imagine going through this very complicated sale without Michelle. She is exceptional at her job and her hard work, dedication and counsel kept us all on track. Unfortunately what made our sale so complicated was not only a major house repair during the middle of our sale but the constant and relentlessly confrontational buyers agent. This agent was also from Sothebies. While the home repair was unavoidable, the aggressive nature and demands from the buyers agent was unnecessary, disruptive and harmful to Michelle, ourselves and even her own clients. We will highly recommend Michelle and Mark McElrath to anyone we know looking to buy or sell. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have Michelle and Mark on our "team".
