Molly was an exceptional coach and quarterback throughout my complicated transaction. She negotiated a great price for me and ran point on so many moving parts of my new construction home purchase- from the research of my property lines, taxes, permits to coordinating with the town, inspectors, sellers to make sure everything was handled legitimately. She's the best realtor I've ever worked with- incredibly knowledgeable, kind and supportive, ethical and honest. I work out of state which made logistics challenging at times, but Molly was always flexible and accommodating of my rigid schedule and my many needs. She works as a 3-person team, which is great because whenever I needed something last minute and Molly wasn't available immediately, Phil or Nancy were there for me and they are also great! It was like getting 3 of Molly for the price of 1! You can't ask for a better partner to represent you when buying or selling your next property. Molly was able to find us a house that met all of our needs faster than we had expected. She was also able to recommend other great professionals for all the services needed as homebuyers. Buying a home is, appropriately, not a simple experience. As first-time home buyers, we hoped to feel as though we would have a semblance of understanding of the nuances of the process, in a way that wouldn't feel overwhelming. Molly's expertise, local knowledge, and local contacts, made us feel that way, and made the whole process feel seamless. Once the sale is complete, and all the noise of the process disappears, the silence of stepping into your new home is kind daunting. For us, that feeling hasn't been overwhelming, because Molly has been there for us even after we thought her job was done.
