Molly O'Brien Watkins

Molly is one of William Pitt Sotheby’s top producers.  A full time professional who has had a lifelong passion for residential real estate, Molly’s clients benefit from her exceptional integrity, dedication, creativity and attention to detail. She is passionate about her clients and their needs and is known for her responsiveness, enthusiasm, patience and support.  With a keen sense for properly pricing properties, she has some of the best listing statistics in the Darien market, consistently selling homes quickly, close to or above asking price.

Molly is a Certified Relocation Specialist, a mentor to new agents, a member of the Darien Board of Realtors, the New Canaan Board of Realtors, the Darien, New Canaan and Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing Services, as well as the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. 

Having lived in the area for 45+ years (16 in New Canaan and 30+ in Darien), Molly has an in-depth knowledge of Darien, New Canaan, Rowayton and lower Fairfield County, including schools, services, children’s programs, gyms, retail establishments, restaurants and more.  Her familiarity with Town Hall Services, coupled with an established network of lenders, attorneys, inspectors, architects, engineers and builders provides her clients with a tremendous resource base from the outset. 

A graduate of Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing, Molly had a long and distinguished career in advertising where she rose to the position of Senior Vice President, Group Media Director at Media Partnership Corp, before retiring to raise her three children. Known as a top-notch print media negotiator, Molly possesses a unique skill-set which enhances her ability to negotiate the best deal on behalf of her real estate clients.

With a passion for interior design, Molly ran a small interior design business for over 10 years prior to earning her real estate license. She brings a designer's perspective to buyers and sellers alike and will happily assist in staging her listings, and help her buyers visualize how they can create their dream home.

An active community member, Molly has volunteered extensively at Ox Ridge School and The First Congregational Church of Darien, was a board member of A Better Chance in Darien and a six-year member of the Darien YMCA Board of Directors.  

As an extension of her passion for real estate, Molly has been involved with multiple renovation projects, completed the construction of a new home on a picturesque piece of property in Darien, and recently purchased a renovated carriage house in Essex, CT.
