Over the years, I’ve grown up in the real estate business and interacted with more agents than I can count… NONE have been as lovely as Nancy, Phil & Molly. I’ll leave you with my last impression- as Nancy, Phil, my wife and I walked away from the closing in the driveway. Both Nancy and Phil turned to us and said “we are so happy for you two, you will make a lot of beautiful memories here- we’ll see you soon for dinner." I knew then, and I should have known earlier on, we weren’t being helped or congratulated by our Real Estate agents, but rather our friends. I cannot recommend a team more profoundly than the Crosland Team.

Phil Crosland and the rest of his team were great to work with through the home buying process. Phil spent multiple weekends with us in the search for homes and helped walk us new homebuyers through all the steps. His knowledge of the area, helped by the fact that he's lived in Fairfield County for many years. Phil was great and we enjoyed spending so much time with him touring houses around town!
