Chris and I met Pam several years ago when she was the agent for the sale of a neighbor's house. When we were thinking of listing our house we reached out to Pam and talked about the market and what the price range for the house would be in the then current market. She provided timely information and when we decided to list the house about a year later we had a good sense of what she could do for us in marketing and selling our house.
