Patti is a rare person that makes you feel your purchase is the most important one on her plate. She gave me confidence throughout the process that everything would turn out alright. I was under a tight schedule to vacate a rental. I needed to close my deal quickly. Patti was my quarterback, coordinating with my lender, the sellers and our respective attorneys. We were in contact almost every day for the last few weeks of the deal, up to the close. When all was done, I mentioned to Patti that I planned to get a lilac bush for my yard. A lilac bush turned up in my yard later that day, ready for planting. This is what you can expect from Patti, exceptional performance with a high personal touch. In sum, Patti is "the bomb"!
