Patty is incredible at what she does. We met her at an open house she was holding representing a seller and it's the best open house we've ever been to. We then worked with her as buyers. I don't think we'd have won our bid without her - she made sure we had everything lined up to submit a great offer advised us on the amount to bid (and as we found out later got it spot on correct) and then was all over it right through closing making sure things went smoothly. There are only amazing things I can say about Patty Anker both as a person and as a real estate agent...many amazing things! First let me backup and tell you that we tried to sell our Hawthorne NY home on our own for several months with many showings and open houses...but no offers. THEN we contacted PATTY and everything changed! She came in and made our house look better than it ever had in the 50+ years my family had owned it. She brought in her own staging items and hired a professional photographer. Wow what a difference! Within DAYS of Patty taking over there was a great offer on our house and we closed soon after.
