Paul was very patient and took the time to learn about our interests and what we were looking for, even as our criteria evolved during the course of our search. As new houses came onto the market, Paul did a great job of informing us and highlighting houses that he thought would interest us, based upon his careful observations of our evolving tastes. Paul listened and learned our interests, wants” and must haves” and was able to show us good potential houses that piqued our interest and steer us away from houses that would have wasted our valuable time. We also appreciated the ListingBook” website—this use of technology was very helpful in our search. When an inspection on one home turned up some major problems as we were preparing to go to contract, Paul was helpful and encouraging, even when we ultimately walked away. When we finally found our house, Paul walked us through the negotiations and closing—at a price well below list price—connecting us with contractors who could help make the house into our home. And when there was a major problem only a few days after closing, Paul (and his partner, Corrie) stood with us and helped us through a difficult process and experience.
