Phoebe is an excellent real estate guide. She listened carefully to our priorities and didn’t waste our time with options that aren’t a good match. Not sure about recommending WPJBFSIR, since we didn’t actually seek out realty services, but I would HIGHLY recommend Phoebe Schreiner to anyone who is looking for a realtor. Her ‘can do’ attitude is contagious, and she’s a joy to work with! Phoebe anticipates and discusses our concerns, and is “in our corner” helping to look out for our best interests - we feel lucky and grateful that Phoebe was recommended to us.

Phoebe is an incredibly gifted real estate professional with an innate ability to navigate even the most contentious of waters. Our transaction was far from smooth for a variety of reasons (no fault of Phoebe's!) and she managed each successive challenge with a degree of emotional intelligence that you rarely see in this industry. Phoebe has been such a great help in finding our first home! As first-time home buyers, we are very new to the process of buying a house, and Phoebe took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we understood what was going on and what we needed to do at each step. She knows the CT shoreline really well and was readily available (even at nights and on weekends) to visit properties with us and chat with us whenever we had a question! My wife and I met Phoebe while attending an open house on our own. We were moving from another country, so we needed to find more than a good realtor to assist us, as we didn’t know a lot of things about the new place. Phoebe was GREAT! She showed us, something around 30 houses and we never saw her complaining or upset when we asked to see the same house one more time. She’s no pressure, pretty easy going, funny and we are very happy as we found not only a great realtor, but we started a friendship. Phoebe was a life saver in the real estate process. In 2015/16, she sold my house after a divorce and navigated the messy process with ease and sold it within 2 months! She went above and beyond to get it sold as quickly as possible. She then found me an amazing beach rental for myself and my two kids as we house-hunted together. Even though I was nervous to pull the trigger, Phoebe forced me to see the house she knew was perfect for me and in budget (which was tough in my town). Every step of the way, Phoebe was amazing.
