His knowledge of the local market along with his honesty and candor made me feel comfortable throughput the entire selling process. Our home was not the easiest to sell. It was dated and needed some work. Pierre rolled up his sleeves and not only provided valuable in site in to what needed to be done to present the house as positively as possible but in fact helped us physically to get the house in perfect order. Good morning! Pierre Moran was really super-great to work with throughout the entire process. Prior to listing he provided valuable and honest feedback, some of which we didn’t want to hear……but we needed to and it helped to set very accurate expectations. Pierre also demonstrated that he was in this with us. On many occasions he not only advised us as to what could be done to improve “buyer appeal”, but he rolled up his own sleeves and helped us to get it done. Pierre also gave us great feedback about each and every showing. Lastly, I recently had some very pleasant dialog with the buyers of our home and they too commented on how great Pierre was throughout the process.
