Her success has been centered on mastery of all the comprehensive processes in the real estate transaction to help her clients make their best decisions and see them through to closing. She is seasoned in strategic target marketing, negotiation skills, optimal home staging, and CMA preparations. Services include advice on effective home improvements, inventory of well-vetted contractors and service people, and concierge details on logistic support that may be necessary during coordination. Rania was instrumental in co-founding a local organization “Neighbors For Refugees”, NFR, to help resettle refugees from around the world, and help them find homes and essential needs in their new country. She currently serves on the board.
Rania has been living between Larchmont and Rye for the past 30 years. She and her husband have 3 grown kids, who all went through the local school system. She enjoys traveling, tennis, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.
