Raphael went above and beyond to not only help my wife and I locate and find a rental home as we prepared a cross-country move, but also to put us in touch with various handymen to paint walls and make some minor improvements so that our new house truly felt like a home. Raphael did an amazing job helping us prepare our house for market, got it sold for more than we had expected, in no time, and introduced us to two great tradesmen to help us as we prepared to put the house on the market and move. Raphael was the perfect agent for us. He did not pressure us to spend a lot of money to make major changes to the house. He arranged for a house stager to come in and give us advice and then we discussed her recommendations. He put together a spreadsheet listing the actions we intended to take, we agreed on who was going to do what, and by when. A number of the tasks he even agreed to take on. He introduced us to two tradesmen who were a huge help in getting the house ready to sell, and then to help us prepare to move after 35 years in our house. Once we had sold our house, Raphael also worked hard to help us find a rental for while we did renovation on our new home. Although we ultimately took a rental offered directly by an owner, Raphael listened well to our requirements and showed us a number of potential properties. Raphael was a pleasure to work with. He seemed to do whatever he could to help us. He kept us well informed and was always reachable. I highly recommend him.
