My husband and I worked with Rob for over a year. He was invested in the process with us the entire time and answered all our questions. He offered input when seeing houses but was careful not to sway us one way or another. He’s extremely knowledgeable about homes in general and also has contacts with reputable inspectors and other vendors to make the transition to a new town easier. Just go with Rob. Seriously, you'll be doing yourself the biggest favor. You look through his reviews and you hear the same things: honest, invested in the process, patient, knowledgeable, always available. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and Rob helped us avoid overpaying for the wrong house. I REPEAT: We were early in the process and ready to put in an offer that was way over asking for a house that was ultimately not right for our family. I still can't get over that. I don't know many salespeople in any field that have that strong of a moral compass. If we worked with any other realtor, we would have closed on that house and really would have regretted it.
