If you want to sell your home for more than market value, quicker than anyone else in your neighborhood I would suggest you give Sahil a call!! We sold our house before it was even listed thanks to Sahil!! Again our luck held out and our appraisal came through and the sell went through without any issues. We had a neighbor that couldn't see their house, it was on the market for a year and half with another realtor. Sahil listed it and it sold within a couple of months for just under asking price which again was way above market value. This shows he knows the market and can and will push the price as much as the market will allow. We had multiple conversations about pricing and always took his advice on where the price point should be. We were very pleased with the final per sq ft selling price in comparison with the other homes in our neighborhood. Sahil was at every showing we had or made sure that someone was, which gave us peace of mind. He personally called and/or texted us to scheduled the showings. No impersonal recorded calls to schedule showings. Throughout the entire process we knew that we could contact Sahil at anytime and he was available to help or answer questions. This was our third time selling a house and I believe we've had amazing realtors each time, but none have come close to the service we received with Sahil. We wouldn't hesitate to refer/recommend Sahil or use him when and if we decide to sell our current home!!!
