I used Sandy previously when we purchased our first condo. Fast forward three years, it was time to buy a house. Selling our condo was no easy feat and definitely not a task for the feint of heart. Sandy overcame every single obstacle that stood in our way of a sale. She was on top of everything and demanded answers when we couldn’t obtain them ourselves. Despite the sale being a mess, our purchase was equally frustrating. I first met Sandy when she stopped by my property myself, but if I decide I would like to engage a realtor, she would love to help me, there was no pressure. When Sandy came, she usually had coffee and snacks and especially during the cold winter months I really appreciated.
