Sandy was so helpful and attentive! She not only worked hard to sell my mother's home for a fair price and stayed in touch every step of the way- but she went above and beyond to help me organize an estate sale, brought me coffee when I needed a little boost, and even vacuumed the carpets to help me out! She's awesome, and I highly recommend her.
Sandy was a pleasure to work with - extremely grateful we picked up the phone!
Sandy was wonderful! She was very professional, patient and determined to give us the best selling experience.
I had an exceptional experience working with Sandy Petrino, my real estate agent. Her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication truly stood out. Communication was smooth, and she guided me through every step of the process, making it stress-free. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent.
We absolutely love love love Sandy! Sandy’s professionalism and expertise helped us navigate a life changing transition. Her kindness and support made her a friend for life. As I became a nuisance she became my favorite person. Best experience ever!
I had the privilidge of having Sandy Petrino as my realtor for the recent sale of my property at 940 North Park Ave, Easton, CT. I first met Sandy when she stopped by my property myself, but if I decide I would like to engage a realtor, she would love to help me, there was no pressure. Over the next several months she would stop by periodically to see how I was doing. I alone was doing most of the work to improve the many acres of property so it took a long time to get it ready to show. When Sandy came, she usually had coffee and snacks and especially during the cold winter months I really appreciated. She was complimentary to my progress and encouraged me with more helpful suggestions. When I made the decision to sign up with a realtor, I never hesitated to hire Sandy. I found her patient, trustworthy and respectful. When I organized a large tag sale, her husband came to help with some heavy lifting and Sandy was there each day to help if needed. At 87 years old, I really appreciated the extra help. Sandy showed the property to multiple families and was able to find a buyer who appreciated the many positive aspects of the home that was in my family for 70 years. If there are awards to be given to a realtor who is a tremendous asset for the business, I would highly recommend Sandy Petrino.
Sandy was great to work with—efficient, hardworking, knowledgeable with great follow through.
Sandy Petrino came into our lives the first weekend that our realtor daughter-in-law held an open house. Our sale was a challenge: we were long distance owners of a hundred year old home with an adjacent multi-use ranch house. True to her thoroughness, Sandy was researching a new listing, and we were delighted by her many enthusiastic insights about the Easton market. Soon after, our son and daughter-in-law moved to the West Coast and we sought Sandy's expertise. She re-strategized the marketing plan and was tirelessly on scene, orchestrating frequent open houses, follow-ups, and mailings. Ever cheerful, Sandy watched out for our houses as if they were her own, even averting disaster by discovering a frozen pipe circumstance and overseeing our contractors’ repair onsite! Sandy Petrino is a charming real estate tiger, and a wise advisor. She is a closer, the real deal, and we can’t recommend her highly enough to those seeking a 100% pro in their corner.
Sandy was such a fantastic realtor! She went above and beyond my expectations for our first home-buying experience. Sandy is an extremely friendly, down to earth, professional person I would 100% use again for our next move. She worked both on and off the clock to find new listings, and was honest if she felt there was something that wasn't fit to our needs. I was very comfortable with her judgement throughout the process. Anytime I hear someone is looking to move, I immediately refer them to Sandy. Overall, the buying process was much easier than I imagined it to be, and I honestly think it was mostly due to her work ethic, and approachable personality.
