Scott Holmes, and the William Pitt team, did a great job of selling our house from start to closing in less than a month. Scott made suggestions, took pictures, and did a drone video that made our house look great and really stand out from others. Scott managed four days of almost nonstop showings that generated many offers all above our asking price. Great communications throughout the prosses made the sale manageable, and go smoothly the whole time.

Scott was great! He did a great job with photos and drone shots, presenting my house in a way that made me question why I was selling! Excellent communication and follow up. He was patient and wasn’t aggressive in getting my house on the market. ( it took a bit longer than I thought to get the house sale ready) He always kept me in the loop and kindly reminded me to attend to matters if I didn’t do something on my end.
