In the summer of 2023 I knew it was time to sell our home, but our dilemma was that we had no realtor. It just so happened I kept a flyer that I got in the mail from Shanna Scott informing our neighborhood of a recent sale. The first time I called the number on that flyer Shanna answered on the FIRST ring and I was convinced from that conversation this is a person I am interested in working with! From that day forward, it has been a total pleasure working with Shanna Scott. She is very knowledgeable in showing, selling, and buying properties and her compassion to our needs helped gain our trust in her. At a point when things seemed to go sideways, Shanna was the steady hand assuring me that every single detail would work out just fine - and she was right! She sold our home in November 2023, and we are in the process of closing on our new coop. Having no knowledge of a coop, working with Shanna (The Coop Queen) was a breeze! Shanna was VERY attentive to each and EVERY requirement in the coop application. She labeled each page and instructed me on the proper documents needed to satisfy each requirement. During our coop board interview, the coop management actually complimented our application saying "This was a perfect application, we did not need to ask for any further documents, it was a package perfectly put together"!
