I was put into a position where I needed to sell my parents home of 48 years before the end of 2025. Not living in the area for 21 years, I really didn't have any connections into the real estate market. The estate planing attorney my parents has used recommended two agents, one I can't remember and Sonia Forchetti. After meeting Sonia and going through the house, I knew it was going to be a Herculean task to get it ready to be placed on the market, for the listing price I was targeting.
