After co-founding and operating her own thriving real estate firm, she joined William Pitt Sotheby's Inernational Realty and now oversees the Great Barrington MA, Lenox MA, and Chatham NY offices. Under her leadership, these offices have more than doubled their agent count and widened their #1 market share position by a substantial margin. Stephanie also played a pivotal role in William Pitt Sotheby's expansion into New York's Hudson Valley, successfully launching and designing the Chatham brokerage, and she spearheaded the design of the new Lenox Office-transforming it into a modern sales gallery and collaborative learning space that inspires agents to excel. 

Drawing on her extensive background in sales and marketing - including national corporations such as Six Flags, Inc. and American Diabetes Association, as well as regional organizations like Baystate Health Systems-Stephanie has cultivated a reputation for creativity, ingenuity, and sincerity. She has been honored with the prestigous Manager of the Year award in both 2022 and 2024 by the largest Sotheby's Affiliate in the Northeast, underscoring her unwavering drive for excellence. Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie has served on numberous community and business boards, including the Berkshire Board of Realtors, The Junior League, The Oxford House, The Longmeadow Country Club, The Exchange Club, The Open Pantry, and Ray's of Hope walk for Breast Cancer.
