Steve is a doer. Plain and simple. He makes things happen. His demeanor and tone of speech provides confidence that what he says will happen. His clients appreciate this very much. He knows the market and how to realistically evaluate prices. Layman all think their properties are worth more than the suggested price and Steve brings them back to earth. He also went the extra mile on numerous times getting permits and licenses which also made the seller ( or buyer ) feel they are being well cared for. Steven Sotheby's Int'l. agent was very professional. I had the lot on the market for close to a year as a FSBO, lot's of interest but never got an offer. Steven had the lake front property next door listed and contacted me about mine with a combo strategy. That property next door sold on the first day at the open house. I considered listing our property with Steven and 2 months later we did that. It took 4 months to sell our un-built lake front lot at our asking price. We closed on it the 3rd week of April.

Steven was very effective in getting many showing right from the beginning and was quick to follow up with us on any feedback. He helped with staging and offered help getting it done. He was at every showing and was able to always show up early to insure the house was in perfect order. I highly recommend him very personable easy to work with.
