Tara Tolan Greco

Tara is a native of Scarsdale, having attended Fox Meadow Elementary, Scarsdale Junior High and High School. She was Varsity Captain and Letterman in Field Hockey, Basketball and Soccer. A graduate of Union College with a B.A. in East Asian Studies and minor in Political Science. Tara also spent a term abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. Upon graduating college, Tara pursued a career in Finance. After an eleven year career in Fixed Income Sales as an Institutional Salesperson, she came back
to Scarsdale. She is a member of Winged Foot Golf Club and the New York Athletic Club.Tara has Chaired several PTA Committees, Golf Tournaments, Hockey, Football and Lacrosse spirit wear apparel, the 2004 US Amatuer Player Registration, 2006 US Open Player Hospitality , and Play for PINK. In 2014-15 she was the on the Fox Meadow Kindergarten Playground Committee.  The new playground was completed for Sept 2015. Tara was selected to the Advisory Council for Parks and Recreation for April 2013-2017. She has been on the Scarsdale Youth Lacrosse Assoc Board from 2015-2023.  She has also been on the Scarsdale Youth Hockey Assoc Board from 2015-2021. From 2017-2023, she has been on the  House Committee at Winged Foot Golf Club.  In the summer of 2017, Tara initiated the first "Putt for PINK" for the Junior Golfers at ther club.   In January of 2019, Tara was the Chairperson for the Scarsdale Youth Hockey NY Rangers Benefit Games.  In April of 2019, she was asked to join the "Turf Lights" fundraising committee.  In June 2019, Tara and her husband were invited to join the board of the Scarsdale High School Maroon and White Booster Club.  Tara is the parent volunteer that runs all of the spirit wear and team apparel webstores and sales for the high school. Their family volunteered at the 2020 US Open. 

Born and raised here, she and her husband, who is native to Long Island, returned to raise their family here. Her three children attend the schools in Scarsdale and compete in field hockey, ice hockey and lacrosse. During the summer her children are on a swim and golf team.  Tara's husband has also coached in the youth Ice Hockey and Lacrosse programs.
