We were very specific with Tom in what we were looking for and he respected that. He allowed us to work through our process, never pressuring us towards something he knew wouldn’t check our boxes. When is came down to the crunch time of finalizing details in our contract Tom took the initiative to ensure we were satisfied with the repair work. We are extremely happy with the work Tom did on our behalf, it was a pleasure working with him.
