Toni-Ann Vittoria helped me find my perfect first house in a volatile, sellers market. She was patient and really paid attention to what was important to me throughout a long search and many many viewings and open houses over the eight months we worked together. She worked really hard and spent a lot of time looking at houses with me, and I never got the feeling she felt it was wasted time. She was creative, listened to my needs, must haves, and dealbreakers, and never showed me a house that didn't fit my specs. She was honest about the quality of each house we visited. This was my first house search and I was new to the entire process, and she was very good about explaining the process to me and guiding me through it, even through my occasional frustrations with the process. We went through several competitive bids together and I felt she gave realistic guidance, never pushing me to overpay for something, but also pushing me to really think through my thought process to make sure I was making the decision that was right for me and my budget. She was tenacious and a true advocate for me in the bidding/negotiation process. And, importantly, she was a real pleasure to work with, nice sense of humor - we had a lot a fun throughout the process. I plan to use Toni-Ann again if I ever need another house, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else without reservations.

Toni-Ann was an exceptional realtor for us! She got to know us first and wanted to hear what was most important to us and had us list what was the most important when finding a home. She was very patient, communicative and she was very helpful when we would ask questions!
