Originally from Northern California, Vanessa enjoyed a nearly two-decade career in the Financial Services industry working on Wall Street in New York City. The skills she established as a Managing Director instilled in her the importance of communication, meticulous organization, acute attention to detail, and the value of maintaining a positive attitude in a variety of situations.

Here she is a Board Trustee of the Washington Art Association, she volunteers with ECAD training service canines, participates in local community events and enjoys hiking, fishing, cycling, camping and yoga. She lives on Lake Waramaug with her husband, Jay and their Cavalier King Charles, Henry.
