Vivian just sold us our new home. We moved from Brooklyn to Westchester and she was extremely helpful. She was such a joy to work with - very professional yet personable and friendly. She gave great tips for the area and was even thoughtful enough to treat us with a little gift for our newborn. As a family having just immigrated to the US, looking for a new home isn’t easy. From the moment I spoke with Vivian on the phone I knew we were in good hands. Vivian was very patient with my husband and I through the whole home buying process. She was clear, honest, and articulate. When we were putting offers in on houses she did her due diligence at looking at local comps and giving us her utmost honest opinion as to what the house was valued at and did not want us to spend a penny more. Vivian came to the home inspection, read through the report once we received it, and helped us come up with our punch list and negotiated every request we had. From start to finish she was there for us every step of the way. I cannot recommend her enough to other buyers.
