She was incredibly attentive, communicative, timely and proactive. After spending time with us to hear what we were looking for she suggested areas and homes and laid out the pros/cons. She proactively texted or emailed daily with updates. I have been working with Alicia for roughly 4 years now and i honestly dont know how she handles the work load and stays on top of everything the way she does.
