There are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was to have Amy with me during my home sale and purchase process. In the sale process, she was thoughtful, collaborative, shared advice but respected if I raised anything. The open house process happened during covid. I trusted her implicitly to keep it clean, safe, and treat it like her own. I never had an ounce of concern. For my home purchase process, she was incredibly collaborative. Sharing options she thought could work, following up on ideas I had, going out of her way to take a peek at something to see if it was worth my time, keeping to my ideal monthly budget. In the end the home I purchased was absolutely perfect, and I saw it because Amy thought I should. She made an innately hard process fun. Would recommend her to anyone!
