This was our first time selling a property, and he gave us expert advisement on preparing the house for sale, list pricing, and timing to bring it to market. Anthony had multiple listings throughout the NY/CT metro area, most much bigger properties than our own, yet we always felt like a priority to him. Anthony Lando went over and above for a very difficult sale. He performed extensive due diligence ahead of time and advised us accordingly. One week after the house was listed the house a hurricane hit, a 150 year old oak tree fell through the house and extensive damage was done.
