She made herself available to show us properties in a wide area of the state, sometimes with minimal notice; she pointed out both positive and negative aspects of the property; and suggested places that we could place our furniture. Antonella went above and beyond, investigating information about a property that was not disclosed by the seller’s realtor, information that convinced us not to buy that particular property. She brought us to a local beach to show us how close it was to a condo that we were looking at and helped us when we decided to put in an offer. She also is aquainted with numerous contractors if your property needs work. Throughout the 2 month process, Antonella was unfailingly supportive: bolstering us up when we became discouraged and answering all of my numerous texts promptly. As an extra bonus Antonella has a great sense of humor and a sunny personality that made working with her a pleasure.
