Bob was the best realtor a first-home buyer could ask for. We didn't know anything about home-buying! Instead of immediately trying to make a sale, he listened to our needs and our dealbreakers and made sure to show us all the pros AND CONS of any home we walked into. He gave us the hard truth of what would be impossible to get with our budget, but also creatively thought about what changes we could make down the line with some of the houses. He never tried to hide imperfections or convince us to raise our budget. We knew we could trust him to point out everything, even things we wouldn't have noticed, which again as a first-time home buyer we really appreciated. Even when we thought we picked the home of our dreams, Bob told us to sleep on it, never trying to push us too fast and made sure that we were aboslutely making the right decision. However, he also made it known if he thought we needed to put in an offer quickly because he knew the market trends well and he knew what would sell quickly. He asked all the right questions to allow us to critically think about one of the biggest decisions of our life. Then when we finally made an offer and after the home inspection, Bob fought for us to get the appropriate adjustments and to make sure the home was fit for us to move in. Bob answered all our calls from morning to night, and instead of getting upset, he kept repeating that we could call him anytime with any questions. Even after we purchased the home and moved into the house, Bob checked in on us again! He wanted to make sure that we liked the neighbors (you can but you can't really control who lives near you) and that our move went well. He truly made us feel safe and welcome in our new neighborhood. Highly recommend Bob for a top-notch, trustworthy, and hard-working realtor.
