Brad stayed in touch, and even came over to the condo to set up a fully outfitted air mattress, dog bowls and goodies, a beautiful and thoughtful housewarming gift, and some small furniture to hold us over while we waited for our things to arrive. He's checked in with us post-move-in and continued to be a friendly face to help us get acquainted with our new neighborhood.
