I had just moved to the US when I was introduced to Carol by a colleague. We had to find something near westchester and had many different criteria. Carol was kind, friendly, down to earth and extremely professional. She didn't just show me homes but introduced me to life in the county. She answered multiple questions many of them ridiculous. What I really enjoyed about the experience was that whenever we entered a home she didn't start a sales pitch about the house. This is something which I find annoying. She gives you time to explore and find your own opinions and then helps you give options and solutions on how things can work out. I got to know her as a person. She later introduced me to friends to help with adjustments too. I interacted with a few other brokers too and I was shocked at how her warmth and humility is a rare quality. We must have seen a dozen houses together since she knows the areas and the dealers quite well. I am so happy to have known her.
