Having lived in our large house for more than 25 years, we had a lot to do to get our house ready to sell. Cathy helped us figure out what we needed to do and how to go about doing it. We particularly appreciated that she was reasonable in her suggestions, focusing on what would help our house look its best without going overboard. When we were ready to put the house on the market she had terrific photos taken for use in online listings and did a great job writing up a description of our home.
