Chloe is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in Northern Westchester and the Rivertowns. She has spent over ten years specializing in the sales and marketing of real estate in Manhattan, where she honed her skills and built an impressive track record of successful transactions. Most recently, she completed the over $200 million sellout as sales director at Steiner East Village ( 438 East 12th street ), a new construction residential luxury condominium while working with New York City's top producing team. Prior, she was involved in sales at Devonshire House ( 28 East 10th Street ) and Philip House ( 141 East 88th Street ), both enormously successful prewar condominium conversions.
